developer_token basic access

I did apply for basic access for developer token , default its set for test accounts,
Question is how can I check my developer token status I, have applied for basic access and submit that form.

Hello ,
I didn't get any email or notification for submitted form, after submit it shows success form then there is no track for know the status if it approved or rejected.
Please let me know about the status is it approved for basic access!
