Moving forward to your concern, my team is not aware of any shortcuts for the windows. Kindly note that concern related to IDE  and downloading of it is not API related. You may consider opening your concern about IDE on the forums (such as StackOverflow) for further assistance on your concern.

With regards concern related to search,searchStream does not give any response, could you provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id, so our team can better check?

You may enable logging for PHP client library by following this guide, and send us the complete logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias by referring this thread.
