Create remarketing list full of IDFA's or GAID's via API?

Hello,

I've looked at the following pages before posting this question:

Q: Is it possible to create a remarketing list (my specific use case: list of IDFAs or GAID's) for a particular account via the AdWords API? This includes creating the list and being able to pass in identifiers programatically to the list using the API. Could you also point me to any past posts or documentation that would help with pinpointing the appropriate calls needed?

Once the list is created, I would use it as a targeting options for a particular campaign or adgroup (hopefully via API).

Hello,

I do not believe this is possible. The intention of the remarketing feature is to use filtering to target users who have already visited your site and potentially match some other criteria. You can't proactively target specific users with this feature.
