Google Ads API Basic access request still pending

Hello Team,

It's been nearly one month that I have requested several times for basic access to the Google ads developer token, But the Google support team hasn't given any response, update or acknowledgement about the request.

Due to this, my business development is stuck in the process.

Can anyone please help me get the developer token so that I can continue the development of my business,

Still, I didn't get any kind of Case ID or anything.

Please look into this issue, and help me to solve this issue.

Our client is still waiting and it is getting harder and harder to explain what excactly the issue is and why they have to wait for such a long time for the implementation.

why do I not get any support from you? We have a large enterprise to support and currently loosing the customers trust. This is by far the worst support experience that I ever had to deal with.
