Performance max API

Hi Support Teams,

I am Khanh, and I am working on Performance max. My need is to be able to create a corresponding listing_group widget as shown in the screenshot attached below. 

I know that in one Performance Max campaign can have multiple asset_group, each asset_group has only one listing_group. And listing_group is just a hierarchical filter, and it helps  the product to be grouped into product group by filter's attribute such 'category, brand...' . Each row show in the screenshot is the metric in each product group. An important note that listing_group is dynamic filter, we can change the filter and have reporting with the new product group.

Because listing_group is dynamic filter therefore some questions here:

1. Can i really save the metric of each listing_group_filter_id in the database?

2. If not, is there a way for me to save the metrics at the lowest level, so that we can aggregate ourselves at higher levels.?

In the end, we want to create such a widget like listing group. Can you guide me the resources, and how to query through the api to be able to create it. Thank

With regards to the screenshot you provided, unfortunately we are unable to replicate this on our side. Can you provide us with the full (not cropped) and non-redacted screenshot of the Google Ads UI data that you want to retrieve in Google Ads API with the top navigation bar with the CID? Rest assured that this is for investigation purposes only and once provided, we will have a clearer picture of your concern.

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Regarding your concern, it appears that this is about listing groups. Listing groups in Performance Max campaigns work best when targeting groups of products, so this should be preferred over targeting individual products by item ID. You can use different dimensions such as custom labels or brand in your product feed to group products. I would suggest referring to our below guides for more information about this:
