Multiple operations with CampaignExtensionSetting Srevice

I've updated awords api to v201502 and there's a new way to create ad extensions by using CampaignExtensionSetting service.

My problem is getting an error while i'm trying to send a request with multiple operations.

 AdwordsApi::V201502::CampaignExtensionSettingService::ApiException: [InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @ com.google.ads.api.services.common.error.InternalApiError.<init>(InternalApiErro]


Here are my request:

How can I fix this? Or CampaignEtension doesn't support multiple operations?

Hello Rothana,

There shouldn't be any issues with sending in multiple operations. Could you please send me your privately your customer ID? If you also have the full SOAP response, that would be helpful as well. That way, I can try to find the root cause of the error.

This sounds like the same problem I was running into with the CampaignExtensionSettingService around Sitelinks found here https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/community/?place=msg%2Fadwords-api%2FwK5eFtWV8Cg%2FopL09jEUXXAJ

Last I heard they are still investigating the issue.

Hello Rothana,

Someone else was having this issue. The workaround for this issue is for each account that has not had an extension settings added before, add one extension setting. Then, you can add multiples for that account after that point. 

Our engineers are currently working on the issue. I'll report back here when the issue has been fixed.
