I'm using charts to reference data from the report tabs, but often times (approximately 40% of the time) when I refresh the reports, data moves from the row it was (the header row does not change) or the row shows up as blank. In order to fix this, I have to go back into the report, click on edit, and then save the report (without making any changes) to get the data to show up in the correct location again. Any suggestions would be great to hear.

Hey Ryan,

Thank you for flagging this issue, unfortunately I was not able to replicate this on my side. Please make sure you're not changing the report configuration when refreshing your data. If the issue persists please contact the Google Ads support team to get help with this specific issue you're having. Log into your Google Ads account and in the upper right hand corner you should see a question mark "?". From there you will be able to contact our support teams that will assist you with this issue. Hi Ryan and Whitney,

Can you please help us understand the issue further?

Do you have a report ID, or maybe some screenshots for where this is happening. The add-on would ensure that the summary rows and the column headers would stay at the same place. However, the rows in the table might change order based on what data is being returned (e.g. if you filter on Impressions > 100 in last 7 days, maybe previous run only had 20 campaigns matching that filter, but next run might match 25 campaigns, and so the order of rows in the table would be different.

If you can share some screenshots or the exact steps that you are taking, it would help us troubleshoot this.

Best,
Google
