Columns shift every month, resulting in formulas looking up incorrect columns!

This is probably the 10th time over the past 6 months where columns keep changing! Previously the 'Accounts' column used to be on column C and now it's on column M. I've seen 'Bid strategy type' column shift as well, literally yesterday it was on column J and today it's on column N. Every time this happens our Data Studio dashboard looks up the wrong columns on Google Sheets and all reports need to be amended. Will the columns ever stay in the same place without moving around every month?!
