Not able to connect, create, or edit reports

to Google AdWords add-on for Google Sheets

When logged on normally, all I get is a drive.google.com error message. When logged in in incognito, I'm able to get as far as "create a report, but it just keeps looping and never connects. When I use an account that already has a report, it doesn't allow me to create a new one or edit my current report. HELP.
