Google Ads add-on for G Sheets doesn't work

hi, 

the add-on doesn't seem to be working at all. it didn't ask me to connect any Google Ads accounts upon installation, and when trying to use it (Create a new report), this pop up, but wouldn't give any other option - gets stuck like this. 

tried to 're-install', but still nothing. 

any ideas?
