You could enable house ads on your AdWhirl app configuration, and assign a percentage/backfill priority to house ads.

Team,  The Ad Whirl site doesn't go deeply in to this topic (or at least I couldn't find it).  Ad Whirl clearly supports multiple Ad Networks.  However, does it support the ability to add your own advertising into the apps?  Specifically, I work for a Radio Station and the sales team wants to sale ad space on the application.  Would Ad Whirl allow for this?
