In-person at the Center for Agrarian Learning at McHenry County College

 

 

Most of this workshop will be focused on individual crops (chestnut, hazelnut, elderberry, black currant) both from a production standpoint and a marketing standpoint.  A general overview of agroforestry (farming with trees) will also be provided.  The Savanna Institute is the go-to resource in the region for perennial crops and agroforestry!  Thank you to Katie and Bill for agreeing to lead this workshop.
