Work with Roosevelt University’s Policy Research Collaborative and Chicago Food Policy Action Council, HEAL Food Alliance, & Food Chain Workers Alliance on implementing and measuring the impact of food policy on local and regional food workers’ rights, working conditions, and wages, and explore how to best strategically leverage Metro Chicago’s Good Food Purchasing Initiative (GFPI) for change.
