Massimiliano "Max" Allegri (Italian pronunciation: [massimi?lja?no al?le??ri, - al?l??-];[1][2] born 11 August 1967) is an Italian football coach and former player who last managed Juventus.
As a player, Allegri was a midfielder who spent his career playing for various Italian clubs. After spending the earlier part of his career in the lower leagues, including his hometown club Livorno, Allegri joined Pescara in 1991.
