Good morning,

This is just a reminder of this Saturday's class service opportunity. We will be cleaning up the courtyard area of Richard & Nancy Norton's home at 1458 Magellan Circle, just off Hiawassee/Balboa intersection in Pine Hills. You will recall this is the elderly couple for whom Ginger Scally works. Clean up entails weeding, raking, mulching, taking out a palm tree and bagging debris.

If you signed up to participate, or even if you didn't and would like to join us, please let me know as soon as possible. We will begin at 10:00am and work til completion, which should not take very long if we all work together. You may respond to this e-mail address or call me on my cell at 407-529-8241. If I am unable to answer your call, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.

Thank you for your service. To God Be The Glory!

Hi Everyone,

We really appreciate the help. I have been working in the house diligently trying to get things in order and cleaned up since the other family members left. All rooms of the house have sliding glass doors into the patio/backyard area. This area was a disasterous mess. I have managed to get the trash picked up at least.

The home owner's association only tends the front yards and the part that is in back, but not enclosed. Considering that there were 4 people here, all who were disabled, you can imagine how things can get ahead of you a bit. Once it is in shape, my hope is that I will be able to keep it that way. I just can't get it in shape to begin with by myself because of all of my responsibilities in the house to Richard and Nancy and to my parents.

Richard and Nancy N. will make a donation to Lydia House in honor of Adventures' help. We will also provide lunch and drinks throughout the day...and coffe in the morning. We have a really nice menu planned for lunch:-)

As Nancy C. stated, the more people here to help, the quicker we can get it done.

We really do appreciate any help that you can provide.

Thanks so much!
Love to all,
Ginger
