When i tried to start the server it takes me to a site from java like this
What shall do?

It looks like you need to install Java. Do you have the First edition of the book?
I would recommend you use the starter kits from the 2nd edition of the book which you can find at https://adventuresinminecraft.github.io/
You will also find some help regarding installing Java at https://adventuresinminecraft.github.io/help_pc.html#javaruntimeinstall
