Organizing an October/November Ride

I am organizing a ride for sometime end October or early November. So
far I have solid interest from 2 people, plus one maybe and myself.

I have been playing around with the map to try and figure out a good
ride in the central potion of Vietnam. I was thinking sending the bike
by train or truck to Nha Trang and start from there. It would be
possible from Nha Trang, within 5 days, to do a big loop through the
interior and return, or to do 5 days and end in Hue or Danang. From
what I have heard both rides would be spectacular.

FYI, I found this ride report by a Aussie expat who rode all the way
to Hanoi, but he has quite a bit on the section I am thinking about.
