New avatar of the book, "Advanced Computer Architecture" (v2.0)

Dear all,

I have a lot of updates to share.

1. The book Advanced Computer Architecture (www.advcomparch.com) is being released in a new avatar. McGrawHill will not be the publisher any more. The tentative publisher will be WhiteFalcon. Its title will thus change. The tentative title is, "Modern Computer Architecture".

2. The entire book can now be downloaded from its official website: www.advcomparch.com

3. You can also download all the chapter-wise pdfs from the site.

4. Version 2.0 includes a lot of bug fixes and updates to the slides. They are now in the widescreen (16:9) format.

The lecture videos for the main memory, power and reliability chapters are on their way.
