I am doing an Research on the topic of "The Effectiveness of Job Characteristic Model among Employees."

The Job Characteristic Model is a motivational theory which used to measure the performance and motivational factor of an employees in the organization so on the based on the theory i formulated the questionnaire. the information which is gathered from it is used only for academic purpose.

So I kindly request u to fill it up the questionnaire and send back to me in with in the couple of the days.

and If possible please forward this questionnaire to Ur friends and colleagues in the organization and make them to fill it up and send back to me..
