Shiva is Suddhasattva Swaroopa - Brahma Vaivarta Purana
Interestingly here, both Hari and Hara are said to be sattvika, while Brahma is said to be raajasa.
But the ignorant, the foolish, say that Lord Shiva, the Supreme Vaishnava, is Taamasa:
