Humble pranam to all advaitins,
Not exactly a question from Advait philosophy, but related to Sanskrit Grammar-
We say गुरुं नमामि but गुरवे नमः. Is नम् dhatu related to the accusative case or the dative case?
Shall be obliged if someone clarifies with reference to Panini's rules.
