Pots are made of clay, but are also made of space that is not clay.

Bangles are made of gold, but are also made of space that is not gold.

If space were also made of clay or of gold, where then would pots and bangles be?

Namaste Akilesh ji.

This is a very relevant point.

Singular inactive entity cannot accomodate diverse appearances.

Clay/pot examples are given pariNAma-vAda as the framework.

That is initial teaching which is sublated and vivarta-vAda is taught. That is rope-snake example.

So, a non-existent illusory ignorance is admitted which then solves the issue of diverse appearances despite there being singular inactive reality.

Subsequently, even the vivarta-vAda is sublated and ajAti-vAda is taught which is the frame of reference of substratum hence there has never been any appearance.

Regards.
Sudhanshu Shekhar.
