That the Vedas (br. up.) etc has mantras to get a female child is important to stress in these times when wokeness views the Vedas as patriarchal and misogynistic. And Jagadguru's message in a short clip is a helpful message.

Also I can't seem to get over the remarkable fact that the respected Swamiji talks Kannada so fluently in spite of his mother tongue being Telugu!

P S. Actually, come to think of it, you too share the same polyglot capacity, Subbu ji. Not sure if there are Tamil talks too by you!

This is true.  He has put in good efforts to learn Kannada over the years he has been in Sringeri, even before Sannyasa and after.

This is because I live here and the most desired language is Kannada.  Tamil classes/talks are not recorded and uploaded.
