Dear,

I would like to know whether any recognised Advaita Vedanta Acharya has
explicitly accepted the Sharabha (Śarabha) avatar of Bhagavān Śiva?

This selection from a chapter of the Prapanchasara, widely attributed to Shankaracharya, includes a Shiva stuti. In one of the verses Shankara alludes to the episode in the Kaalikapurana that details Shiva taking the Sharabha form to contain a Varaha form of Vishnu under certain compulsions. The article is available here for download:

Also, there is a Sharabha Upanishad, which is part of the 108 listed in the Muktikopanishad. An  Advaitin, a contemporary of Sri Muthuswamy Dikshitar, Thyagaraja and Shyama Sastrigal, Sri Upanishad Brahmayogin has commented on all the 108.  You can find the link, on the right panel here,  https://www.vyasaonline.com/sharabha-upanishad/

subbu
