Dear Subbuji,

I fervently wish that  the revered Mahaswamiji would be kind to advise the Sringeri Math management to get the book translated into English, Hindi and other major Indian languages, so that the other Advaitins can also get the benefit. In fact, it may be beneficial to the entire Advaitin community round the world.

In the Uddhava Gita, the chapter 22 is practically devoted to the Ajatavada, and this culminates in the 21st verse. It is strange that  not many in the Sanatana dharma, has probably noticed this. I feel that Shri Gaudapadacharya and / or Shi Govindabhagavadpada should have allowed Adi Shankaracharya to write the Shankarabhashya on the Original Bhagavad Gita of 745 verses, even though Shri Gaudapadacharya picked up the Ajatavada verse from the Original Bhagavad Gita, for use  in his Karika on the Mandukya Upanishad. Had Adi Shankaracharya written his bhshya on the Original Bhagavad Gita of 745 verses, the later Acharyas like Shri Ramanujacharya and Shri Madhvacharya aswell as their disciples would have been greatly benefitted.

Another thing, I wish to draw the attention of the Advaitins, that though there is frequent mention of Nididhyasana, the advaitins do not refer to the Savikalpa and Nirvikalpa samadhis, which Adi Shankara mentioned and praised in the Viveha Chudamani.  What could have been  the reason for this?

The English version of the book is already there titled 'Edifying Parables' and is available for free download here:  https://svfonline.net/publications-2/      as item number 6.  There are many other titles listed there.
