Good question! Let me start with a response to your question first.

For a rather straight take on adult incest there's the French movie
"Cousin, Cousine" though the incest is rather banal since, if my
memory is right, it isn't consanguineous.

"The Cement Garden" is an English film with some particularly kinky
brother-sister incest. Be warned, the participants are under age
(film is not child pornography and is legal for distribution in both
the US and EU).
