Well, I guess, first off...my name is Joe Prince.I'm 39 years old and have been out of school nearly 20 years....which, to me, is scary enough. LOL! Completing 4 years of high school and coming up short by a half of credit, which was an elective. I paid for a correspondence course, but never did the work. I got a job, immediately, selling cars. I started off making the amount of money i had never experienced and immediately began thinking education was way overrated. I was a natural born salesman who didn't need it. I shortly thereafter began experimenting with drugs and failed a random drug test, which cost me the job. Since then, I have always been a hard, physical worker. Now, being older, very humble, and broken.....I've decided to work on my education and pursue a career in substance abuse councilling. This is my first step in a long journey.

It's nice to meet you, Joseph! And it sounds like you have a lot of motivation for being in school. Knowing that you are a hard worker should serve you well in school.  And I think you've found a good career to pursue, especially since it relates to your own experience and interests in life.
