Why wasn't campus map supplied in email prior to orientation?

Not knowing the campus layout, I parked by Burger King. Not having any idea it was going to take me 15 minutes to walk to building 10,Let alone, not even knowing where building 10 even was. I had even asked 2 people about where abouts of building 10. Both were as clueless as I was. A campus map would have been of great tool, had I had it before orientation.

There was a link in the email Joey sent to us with a google map of the campus which i found extremely helpful because you could zoom in and out and even map directions from where you were coming from to the campus.
