I’m new to the discussion on ADU. But I’m very interested in a dwelling built where I can age in place on my property in ward 8. I have no idea where to start with this quest. I’d like to know if there are any programs to assist a senior of ward 8 in financing and planning for an ADU. Thanks for any advice and direction.
