Detached two-car garage conversion

Hi there,

Is anyone familiar with any recent examples of a detached two-car garage being converted into an ADU? 

Or, is there a running list of ADU conversions or other resources the group could point me to?

There are lots of garage conversion examples in DC... You can find my own designs on my website www.ileanaschinder.com but, even driving around you'll see more than a few in your neighborhood.
