Big ADU Wins this past year in Maryland and our need to push for ADU 2.0

We had big wins in Anne Arundel County recently as well as the cities of Frederick and Annapolis. In fact, Anne Arundel now has the least restrictive ADU rules in the state to practically allow by-right ADU development with a 7-0 win in April!

Baltimore and Prince Georges's counties have the most restrictive rules. Family members only in one and an outright ban on ADUs in the other

It's been a much tougher road at the state level with our Statewide ADU bill not making it out of committee last year. This year we did get to create an ADU Taskforce with a report due to the assembly and governor next year.
