DC Acc Apts Forum: if owner moves out of RF-!

Me again.  Same Rf-1 owner move-out situation

Pardon me if I'm being kinda technical,

But if there is a 2nd dwelling unit, a second structure  in an Rf-1

and if owner moves away from the property,

can the entire property be rented out as a group house with just one lease?
