Iam really pleased with the support of vivahr. I came to them with hiring problems and not only did this solution make it easier, they truly transformed our companies hiring process. It is a very easy software to use and that is very important when training teammates on how to use it.
We are hiring for entry level customer service representatives. I was really impressed when I got the first email notification of our candidate within about 3 hours of posting the job. The candidate had a source tag of Indeed. Within 24 hours I had probably close to 30 new applicants from about 6 different job boards. I was impressed enough with that first trial period, we jumped to the paid plan to get more candidates a bit faster.
I loved the simplicity of this software. I've used other ATS products which over complicate everything. This was very easy out of the box. To create my account, post my first job and sync with our website was less than 1 hour. Unheard of!
I did have one question about building our careers page. I called their support number and someone answered and walked me through the steps very quickly.
There is only one thing I did not like about this and that is we did not get as many candidates as posting manually myself. When we were not getting as many candidates as we hoped for, I posted the same job, same words on indeed myself, and we received 10x's as many candidates in 2 days.
I like that it easily tracks candidates and that you can customize the information you collect about them. We like the questionnaires and being able to communicate with them through the platform. We can move them from applicant through the process to hired. We also have had a lot of luck with getting applicants and have hired 13 people in 6 months.
It's a little clunky when you're trying to sort out disqualified applicants from those moving forward in the process. I have to click around to get to the people who are not disqualified and it's sometimes a little messy getting from an email regarding a new applicant to get to the actual applicant. Some issues have been addressed and it seems like a newer company who is still building the technology behind their product.
