Hi.
As the title states I would like a completed save file for Pokemon X, with the gender being female.
I deleted my Pokemon X when I uninstalled it for Pokemon Sun, but I want to Friend Safari shiny hunt.
Name, nickname, etc doesn't matter to me, because you can change those in PKHeX. Gender, for some reason, is greyed out.
Thanks if you can help!

In the brewery room Nika is churning the mixture in the lautering tun. With each turn of the spade a quick gush of the mixture, clear from being filtered, runs into a bucket. Nika is in control of the brewing this morning and speaks slowly and quietly to Adinay who passes her equipment or takes a turn of churning the mixture. They talk through what they are doing via Saikal, who acts as translator. In the cool room, large plastic containers are holding previous brews whilst they ferment. It smells of cereal, heated wheat. They exchange few words but have developed a symbiosis which allows them to share the labour and ease any difficulty which arises from the long periods of waiting involved in brewing.

IPA, Wheat Beer and Pale Ale are the most popular among the customers, and the brewery also creates their own red pale ale, fruit beers and cider. For Oktoberfest they even brewed a glitter beer. The day we visited marked their first international collaboration, with the Slovenian brewery Omnivar. A European-style wheat beer was fused with watermelon; August being the harvesting season for the pink fruit in Kyrgyzstan. Miha and Sabina from Omnivar make a point of visiting breweries when they travel abroad and were attracted to Save the Ales due to its focus on female empowerment and inclusivity in the beer business.

We play pool whilst waiting for the water to heat up in the mash tun. Miha, the founder of Omnivar talks me through the brewing process. A vet by training he has the look and presence of a scientist. He talks like one too. He takes me through each step in precise and objective terms and I try to keep up: sugar-strands, water PH, reverse osmosis. There is a short break in the pool game when the two breweries discuss at which point to add the watermelon. Nika wants to add it along with hops but Miha thinks just before the fermentation stage. They compromise by adding the majority with the hops and topping up afterwards if needed. The beer would be ready in two weeks so we retired to the bar.

"Following the ban on female aid workers announced by the Ministry of Economy on Dec. 24, 2022, Save the Children paused its activities. Our female staff are essential for the safe and effective delivery of our services, and we simply cannot operate without them. Women make up 50% of our workforce and are crucial for reaching women and girls.

"However, with the overarching ban still in place, our other activities where we do not have reliable assurances that our female colleagues can return to work, remain on hold. The activities we're working to restart will provide vital assistance, but these activities are only a small percentage of our full operations.

"We have been working in Afghanistan since the 1970s through all the ups and downs and changes, and we are doing all we can to stay and support children in this country. We're committed to returning to our normal level of operations as soon as we can, and we call on the Taliban to completely reverse the ban to allow Save the Children and other NGOs to fully resume activities with our male and female staff."

Organizations like Save the Children have been essential in helping Afghan children, and their families survive for many years, especially over the past 18 months, as an economic downturn and natural disasters have plunged the country into a catastrophic crisis. More than 28 million children and adults will need humanitarian support in 2023.

This last year has been tough for startups and unfortunately in the last year we have seen a lot of great companies close. So it is difficult to answer this, building a startup now is very different to when we built Save Your Wardrobe. In 2017, when we launched, there was more room for mistakes and more room to learn. The market now is not as flexible or forgiving and it can be daunting for a Founder to launch.

My advice to any aspiring entrepreneur would be not to rush, to ask yourself if your business answering a hot topic and what is your speed to market? I would suggest that those who are looking to start out on their own as a Founder should prioritise a strong approach to hitting the market.

The other benefit to a Founder just starting out, creating a new business model is that you can learn from those before you and get creative! Now more than ever there is room for newness and creativity.

I am really proud of all the achievements of the Save Your Wardrobe Team! If there was one thing I would do differently it would be to embrace my differences from a cultural and a gender perspective. Being a Tunisian woman I bring my own unique skills - instead of spending so much time trying to conform to predominantly western and male ideals of entrepreneurship. There are many important qualities that come from being a female founder and they should be celebrated and embraced.

This is a great question for me to reflect on personally! I would say problem solving drives me. Sometimes it can be frustrating when people do not understand or see the importance of what we are trying to do, but this has meant I have needed to take a step back and really think, what is the problem here? Facing challenges and problem solving is really what drives me. I am very good at turning my doubts and setbacks into a force for finding solutions.

I get asked a lot about doubt and self doubt, in my opinion this is something you have to embrace, it is a double edged sword, it can kill you but it can also make you find other solutions to a challenge or obstacle. I want to challenge the narrative that women experience more doubt and are held back by it, in many ways as female founders we are more lucid. We want to show that we are the best and it can become quite easy to get caught up in NEEDING to show we are the best.

Something I have learnt from my own entrepreneurial journey is how easily you can get caught up in manufactured, linear narratives of success. It is important to recognise and admit when things are not working. This is where real problem solving comes in and things can change and develop for the better.

The study, conducted by Save the Children Denmark in partnership with Tufts University, sought to shed light on the experiences, challenges, opportunities and constraints faced by female youth displaced by conflict in South Sudan and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, with a focus on early marriage. The research team, comprised of researchers from the affected communities, utilized holistic, participatory methods to engage more than one hundred female youth in multiple rounds of data collection over 1.5 years. Participants were unmarried, married (as minors), divorced, and widowed. The study also included female youth that had experienced unintended pregnancy and those that were living with physical, intellectual, or psychological disabilities. A series of six briefing papers will be released in 2022 which focus specifically on 1) early pregnancy and sexual and reproductive health 2) decision making around the practice of early marriage 3) life after early marriage 4) the special situation of divorced and widowed female youth 5) MHPSS, displacement and early marriage and 6) education, displacement, and early marriage. Each paper provides cross-sectoral, concrete recommendations for humanitarian organizations seeking to prevent and respond to early marriage in fragile settings.

As a macro benchmark, the World Bank estimated that 50.52% of America's population and 49.58% of the global population was female in 2018. Deloitte's research reports that Norway and France come closest to these percentages, with female directors comprising 41% and 37% of the boardroom.

Corporations and governments are the two primary types of organizing bodies that fulfill the needs of almost 8 billion people globally. The leadership of each of these types of organizing bodies directly impacts how they fulfill their purpose.

Corporate leadership directly impacts both firm and increasingly social outcomes. Corporations in America have taken a leading role in America's response to the pandemic given the federal government's failures. This week, corporations are stepping up to hate speech on social media platforms by voting with their wallets as they pull their advertising dollars from Facebook and others.

The pandemic has created a corporate and social leadership challenge unlike any other. Out of necessity, the role of the corporation in leading through and beyond the pandemic is starting to shift. Social issues are accelerating their integration into corporate value propositions far beyond just profit and loss.

So why does gender diversity in the boardroom matter? Research has shown that diversity in general matters because it brings a broad collection of experiences, perspectives, backgrounds, and viewpoints that lead to better decision making. Optimizing boardroom decision making is a critical goal for every organization in a highly complex and risky world.
