Problem with notification bar in API 17 emulator

Hi,

I'm having hard time with the notification bar in API 17 emulator.
I can drag it down and back up about 2 or 3 times, and afterwards it just doesn't appear anymore.

It works just fine in the emulators of all other sdk versions, including API 16.
Is it a known problem? Or am I the only one experiencing this?
