Does Google plan to release SDK R21 before Android 4.2 sources are published on aosp, or release at about the same time?

MIPS is now pointing all MIPS Android developers at the R21 preview channel, but would like to switch to an official R21 release soon.

I don't know abut the 4.2 sources.

We're still working on 21 but at this point this is release process work only. the packages are effectively done. So can't give an ETA (remember the last one I gave you? :(

SDK release 21 is now available via SDK Manager as a normal (not preview channel) release.  It is not yet showing on Google's SDK web pages.

http://thenextweb.com/apple/2012/11/13/google-android-42-sd/  has some info on the release.

Feel free to start a new thread on that subject or file a bug on b.android.com and provide some details.
