Android studio Gradle problem

Hello, I want to start using Android Studio on my company laptop and I have problem with Gradle. It says : Gradle project sync failed. Basic functionality will not work properly. I think that reason is that I am inside company network Bosch and we have lot of servers forbidden. Also I tried to download by myself and then attached file location in settings and also it did not helped.

Error message is: Unknown host 'jcenter.bintray.com' -  Enable Gradle 'offline mode' and sync project and when I enable offline mode then : Unknown host 'services.gradle.org'. - Disable Gradle 'ofline mode' and sync project

Does anyone know where is the problem?

Do you have access to mavenCentral at least? or an internal repo that is a mirror of mavenCentral?

We are planning on shipping a version of Gradle and our plugin+dependencies inside Studio but that won't help you much if you want 3rd party dependencies.

If you need it for the work in the company, they must allow it.

Or they can use own nexus repository like (Nexus or Artifactory) which will work like local mirror/proxy for 3rd repositories, most companies use this at least because of performance and custom artifacts.

Some companies are weird. I also know one company where is forbidden to use anything build by Google, they must build everything from the source code :-)

I am also having same problem. in our company we are using proxy but both 'center.bintray.com'  and 'services.gradle.org'  opening through http.

so i am unable find what is the problem. please can any one help me about this because i am fresher in developing through android studio.

same error is with me."Error:Unknown host 'jcenter.bintray.com'. You may need to adjust the proxy settings in Gradle." .what should we do..
