Annotation Processing option removed in ADT bundle

In the ADT bundle downloaded from the Android Developer site, there is no way to access the Annotation Processing option.
It should be in the Project properties > Java Compiler menu, but the Annotation Processing option is not there.
This problem is not present if the ADT plugin is installed to a standard Eclipse distribution.

We don't touch this AFAIK so maybe it's just that it's somewhere else in the preferences? It might have moved between versions of Eclipse.

Nope, the Annotation Processing setting was always there.
Please note this issue has been reproduced by multiple users, see here and here for example.

It is certainly possible that there is some mismatch between the version of Eclipse & JDT plugins used in the bundle. Please file a bug.
