Official way how to upload AAR to artifacts

Hi. What is currently best way how to upload android library to maven artifactory.

I'm currently using this plugin https://github.com/dcendents/android-maven-gradle-plugin

But it is not maintained anymore.

Best would be probably to migrate to new maven-publish, is there any official how to do it?
