Gradle export ADT 20.0.4

Hi,

I'm trying to export an Eclipse project to Android Studio.  When I try to do so in Eclipse I receive the following error message when I select my project to export:

"Different modules have been detected on different drives.  This prevents finding a common root to all modules."

This worked previously so I'm wondering if it's connected to having updated to ADT 20.0.4 earlier.

My project depends on Action Bar Sherlock both of which are in c:git.

I created a brand new project as a test and added a reference to ABS but it wasn't able to export this project either.  If I remove the reference to ABS from this test project then I can export it.

I've been able to recreate this on another machine as well.  The export option was fine using 20.0.3.  I ran Eclipse update to update ADT to 20.0.4 and after that I couldn't export the project.  I've filled a bug https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=57924

I get this as well. It seems that this error comes up if the project links to any source library in your workspace.
