error: more than one device and emulator - when using command adb install file.apk

Hi everybody,

D:\Setup\Adroid\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140321\sdk\platform-tools>adb devices
List of devices attached
emulator-5554   device
emulator-5556   device

D:\Setup\Adroid\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140321\sdk\platform-tools>adb install batchu_4_5.apk
error: more than one device and emulator
- waiting for device -
error: more than one device and emulator
- waiting for device -

i got this error "more than one device and emulator".
Please help me.
I tried to type "adb kill-server" but it doen't work. :(
