Adsense shows 600 fewer views than Jetpack stats and my earnings are unusually low... WHY?

For the last few days my AdSense page views have been hundreds of views lower than the views shown by Jetpack stats. Today the difference is over 600 views.

Plus, my earnings for the 731 views shown by AdSense are extremely low. 

I've checked my speeds on desktop and AMP. AMP is super fast. Desktop is 3 seconds. The slowest things on the desktop page are google ads and their components.

What's going on?
