Is there a list of sites using the google adsense somewhere? I'm
thinking about adding it to my site but would like to see some
implementations before I do so!

There's a list of several implementations on the case studies section
of the site: http://code.google.com/apis/adsense/docs/casestudies/index.html.
I would suggest taking a look at these guys to get a feel for how
their integrations work.
