testing sandbox environment

Hi,

I have created one account with dummy email id, in the parameteres i
also passed debug_zip,debug_phone,debug_association_type (Active)

I got the publisher id.

Then i am trying to get the status of the account by using the service
getApprovalStatus and getAssociationStatus.

I am getting the following errors when using

getApprovalStatus - The publisher must be associated with the
developer account before the developer can invoke operations on the
publisher's account.

getAssociationStatus - An internal error has occurred. Please retry
your request

Is the method which i am following correct or not?

I am testing the assosiation of account too. In this case i am getting
the error as

The account corresponding to the specified client email address does
not match with the provided zipcode or telephone number.
