We have highlighted earlier that PLOTs have always been choice for investors for long term investments. Besides this, there has been significant no of end users who choose plots because of two major factors i.e.

- ownership of land and

- possibility of expansion

Irrespective of the current market the prices of plots in DLF-2 are on upswing. Right time to buy plots especially in DLF phase 2. Rare exception where prices have gone north during last 12 months. Few lucky ones can take advantage of this upswing.
