For the DEM error, you are missing the GMT. Please make sure it is installed and residing in your path.

For the raster there are two errors. !ADORE indicates your settings file might not be set properly. Please save and load your settings:
!ADORE: settings save
!ADORE: settings load
the prompt should become
ADORE:

Second, the multilooking parameter should be entered with a single dash:
ADORE: raster a m_crop -M4/20

Actually the make file of getorb was creating problem , my friend and me any how errored it out and got working after a complete demoralising day. i am always waiting for your reply.

That should be working if GMT is installed. Try to run a gmt software directly and see if that works after you set the path.
