Folks,
Hi,
Since 2011 i am using Adore, but today i have changed my PC, and i found i could not install Adore on on it. The baselines is working but at the end the out put is something like this (I have analyzed this data set and it was working at  that time!!):

0    0    20100712
        20090826
        20090911
        20091013
        20091130
        20091216
        20100602
        20100618
        20100626
        20100704
even:

ADORE: check
No resultfiles can be found. Are you in the correct folder? Did you do any processing yet?
i have g++, gcc, gfortran, f77, and everything installed (ubuntu 14.1).

i do not now what is going on. i can say that at least i installed adore more than 100 times (really).
Any kind of help would be appreciated in advance,
Cheers,
Dave

Hello Dave,

To me this seems like a GMT issue. It may be installed but Ubuntu does not expose the GMT commands to path, so you might need to add it to the path.

What does "check setup" say?

best,
batu

Hello Dave,

Ubuntu installs GMT under /usr/lib/gmt, if I remember correctly. To add it to path see this page:

Seems like you are also missing the Envisat-Tools from DORIS... In case you would like to process Envisat data, you might need that...

best,
batu.

Hello Dave,

To me this looks like something wrong with Doris. Take a look to see if res files are being created or not. If you are getting the master res files (e.g. 20081127.res) but not (20090826_20081127.res) then I would say there is something wrong with ADORE...

I would go into the baselines directory, set my master and slave, and run:
m_readfiles
s_readfiles
coarseorb

At one of the above points you will get an error message. That would be the one to fix.

best,
batu.
