Appeal to forum members to respond to questions.

Dear all, 

As of January 2016 I became a civil servant at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, which makes me a US Government Employee. As a result there are some new regulations that I have to follow, some of which affects the assistance I can provide through the ADORE-DORIS forum, especially to citizens of "Designated Countries". 

I can discuss matters that are in public domain, but anything that might be considered "technical information" causes problems, for which I have to ask the lawyers at NASA whether or not I can answer them. 

In short, I appeal to forum members to actively engage in answering each others questions. A number of people, especially students, turn to ADORE-DORIS to advance their knowledge and I hope the community will continue to grow stronger.
