Dear All,

Hai, i am a newbie using ADORE-DORIS. I try to run -s1 to process master image. However, it seems there are so many error. the big one is my master_simamp.ras is blank, there is no data record, just black images that i got.

i have tried to find solution to these problems, however unfortunately, i couldn't solve.
For the information, I use Ubuntu 14.04 intel 64-bit. at first, i tried to install  DORIS V4.02 manually, but there was a problem with gcc and g++ compiler (i read that DORIS requires older gcc (< 3.6) ) so finally i installed the DORIS beta via ubuntu software.

I would be glad, if someone here could help me.

Hi Laila, 

it seems like the DEM you are using is all zeros:

I would check to make sure the DEM is correct. In ADORE you can do:
ADORE: dem view

For the Crop, you can view that as well:
WARNING : writeslc: length of record 1 = "10012"; expected "19612" for ERS SLC (CEOS, full scene).
ADORE: view a m_crop 
you might want to add a multilook parameter (-M), for details see:

Hai Batu,

thank you very much for your replay.

It seems that i failed to download the dem via construct_dem.sh using both adore and doris.

When i used dem view final_china.dem or final_china.grd using ADORE, the image is totally black

I have tried to change the link ftp based on your information ( http://www.osmanoglu.org/index.php/sar/6-sarprocessing/40-srtmftpsitechanged). It's still not worked

I use GMT 5.1.3. is it also problem with my GMT? because on my opinion, i already installed pscoast.

Hi Laila, 

Where are you physically located? Or more correctly where is the computer you are trying to run this is located? From the "Name or service not known" error message it seems like you are not able to access the http://dds.cr.usgs.gov/srtm/version1/ address. Can you just try to access that page using a web browser on the same computer? 

By the way, please check to see if there is an update for ADORE using:
ADORE: check updates

I thought I had already fixed the URL's in the code.

Hi Batu,

It is located in Braunschweig, Germany. when I access that URL using web browser, it works well.
I tried to check updates in ADORE, but it didn't work also.

Anyway, i try to use construct_aster_dem.sh and it's also failed because JAXA replaced the url to be http://gdem.ersdac.jspacesystems.or.jp/.

Therefore, I use another way, which is using get_SRTM.pl script from ROI_PAC, i could process the dem in ADORE. However, when i run m_timing. there are still many warnings

There were 7 messages:

Unfortunately, I failed again when i was running resample process
the error is

Another one, I would like to ask you too, how to convert the raster geocode result to .geotiff or .kml format, can i use the cpxfiddle?
