Yes, it's true... Valentine's Day is already sneaking up on us. Don't let it be just another Hallmark holiday -- come smooch a pooch at City Dog Market in Brookhaven (4244 Peachtree Road Northeast Atlanta, GA 30319-3009) and get a free bag of treats for your doggie friends.
